Upgrade: The latest upgrades are always available on the Client Portal of the Energy Exemplar website.

Support Hours: Normal phone support hours are from 6:00 A.M. until 6:00 P.M. Pacific Standard Time (PST). Support can also be made available outside of normal hours with prior arrangements.

At anytime in the Aurora system interface, you can press F1 to activate the Help System to provide information on where you are at in Aurora.
