Variable Cost Transfer

This field is used to specify whether the Incremental Cost or Dispatch Cost is used for the nodal solution.  The available options are:

• Incr Cost - uses the incremental cost = generator fuel * heat rate + VOM + emissions.

• Dispatch Cost - uses the incremental cost plus all bidding adders.
