Description:	Status of the solution to each mathematical programming problem.

Diagnostic Solution Status writes the final solution status of each optimization task. Every call to the optimizer is included in this diagnostic XML file. PLEXOS records the solution status for each LP/QP/MIP problem. Solver call results are display in each line of the file. The information refers to:

When: Information of PLEXOS simulation phase, sample (for independent sample) and step.
Problem type: Optimization task type (eg.Linear Programming, Mixed Integer, Quadratic Programming).
Solution diagnostic: CPU time, objective function, number of iterations (nodes in case of MIP), solution method (wining algorithm in the case of concurrent), solution quality as returned by the optimizer. For MIP problems, the objective function column shows the best integer solution found along with additional tree search (branch-and-bound) information: Final gap and best bound.
