Emission Price as an input is the price of the emission for accounting purposes. It sets the price used in calculating the Cost. Defined alone it does not imply any charge on the Emission Production in the objective function, that can be set with the Shadow Price property instead.
As an output, Price is just the input Price, but if Price is not defined as input then the simulator reports the shadow price of the emission.
