Message 170 occurs in the following circumstances:
Maintenance and Forced outage events can be simulated by PLEXOS engine for all generators that have Maintenance Rate/ Maintenance Frequency and Forced Outage Rate defined respectively. However if the repair time distribution is omitted then a warning will be issued by the simulator and no outages will be modelled for those objects i.e. you must define at a minimum the Mean Time to Repair.
