Default Action:	Warn (value = 1)
Description:	MT Schedule New Entry Driver is enabled but Generator Max Units Built is not defined.

Message 4 occurs in the following circumstances:

• MT Schedule New Entry Driver is enabled.
• There are no Generator objects defining Max Units Built

The new entry algorithm looks for Generator objects defining a non-zero Max Units Built and these are considered for economic entry. If none are defined then no new entry will be calculated.
