Node Curtailable Load is the available demand-side participation defined on the Nodes in the Region. Thus it is defined as:

Curtailable Load = ∑ ( b ) DSP Bid Quantity_b + ∑ ( i ∈ Nodes ) ∑ ( b ) DSP Bid Quantity_(i,b)

where:

b indexes the Node DSP Quantity bands.
