Production DP Capacity Factor Error Threshold is a control parameter for the Dynamic Programming Unit Commitment algorithm. It sets the maximum allowable difference in Capacity Factor that generators are allowed to have when comparing the MT Schedule solution to the dynamic programming unit commitment solution. Generators with too high a difference have the dynamic programming solution discarded and instead will be committed during ST Schedule.
