Region Capacity Reserve Margin is the Capacity Reserves expressed as a percentage and is defined as:

Capacity Reserve Margin = 100 × Capacity Reserves / Peak Load

Note that in LT Plan Peak Load is replaced in this definition with Planning Peak Load.
