Region Cleared DSP Bid Cost is the cost of Demand Curtailed (demand-side participation) as seen by the Market Operator and is defined as:

Cleared DSP Bid Cost = ∑ ( b ) ( DSP Bid Price_b × DSP Bid Cleared_b )

Note that this includes only the DSP defined on the Region and not that defined on Node objects within the region. Refer to Cost of Curtailment for details.
