Region Enforce Transmission Limits On Lines In Interfaces is a switch that ensures that lines involved in interfaces have their individual thermal limits enforced irrespective of their voltage and the Region Transmission Constraint Voltage Threshold setting. It can take the following values:

False (value = 0)

Lines involved in interfaces will only have their thermal limit enforced if either Region Transmission Constraints Enabled is on and the lines have voltage higher than Region Transmission Constraint Voltage Threshold

True (value = -1)

Any line that is part of an interface will have its thermal limit enforced
