Region Generation Capacity Curtailed is the amount of No Cost Generation Capacity curtailed and is defined as:

Generation Capacity Curtailed = ∑ ( iGenerators ) ( Generation Participation Factori × Capacity Curtailedi )

This output is useful for measuring the amount of renewables and other zero-cost generation that are curtailed (turned down) in order to avoid dumping generation.
