Reserve Line Contingencies is the set of lines whose Flow is a contingency and thus can set a requirement (or Risk) for the Reserve. The risk from the flows is determined by the properties Flow Forward Coefficient and Flow Back Coefficient, and only considered if the Dynamic Risk setting is 'on'.
