Zone Curtailable Load is the available demand-side participation, either defined on the Zone or on the Nodes in the Zone. Thus it is defined as:

Curtailable Load = ∑ ( b ) DSP Bid Quantity_b + ∑ ( i ∈ Nodes ) ∑ ( b ) DSP Bid Quantity_(i,b)

where:

b indexes the Zone DSP Quantity and Node DSP Quantity bands.
