Generation Cost = ∑ ( i ∈ Generators ) ( GenerationParticipation Factor_i × Generation Cost_i ) + ∑ ( i ∈ Generation Contracts ) ( Generation Cost_i )

This represents the cost of generation based on the cost of Fuel and other variable costs.
