Input

Zone Min Capacity Reserve Margin sets a lower bound on the Capacity Reserve Margin in the Zone in LT Plan. The expansion solution will attempt to meet the required Capacity Reserve Margin by new builds and/or restricting plant retirements. By default the constraint is 'hard' meaning that it cannot be violated, but the limit can be made 'soft' by setting the Capacity Shortage Price.
