Facility Technical Life is the physical life of the Units in years. This property is used in LT Plan to force the 'retirement' of the unit once it reaches a certain age.

Note that Technical Life applies in two situations:

1. Units that are constructed by LT Plan and reach their technical life inside the planning horizon; or
2. A single-unit facility defines Commission Date along with Technical Life.
