Description:	Proportion of line losses allocated to the receiving node
Detail:

Line Loss Allocation determines how much of the loss on the line is assigned to the receiving node (in the lines reference direction).

Example:

In this example bus "1" is allocated none of the losses on line "1-2", and 10% of the losses on line "1-3".
