Line Marginal Loss Factor Back is the marginal loss factor of the node at the reference sending end (the Node From).
This property is used in regional transmission models and approximates the transmission losses from the end of the transmission line to the regional reference node.
The loss factor on the receiving end of the line is given by Marginal Loss Factor.
The Marginal Loss Factor is applied to the Offer Price Back for the Line when modelled as an entrepreneurial flow.
