- Input
As input Line Min Flow sets the limit on flow in the counter-reference direction. It needs only be defined when its value is not simply the negative of Max Flow. Min Flow should not be greater than Max Flow. If Min Flow is greater than Max Flow, PLEXOS will display fatal error Message 3138.

In the above example the Line "A-B" has an implied Min Flow of -100, whereas Line "B-C" specifically sets the Min Flow to -90 while the Max Flow is 100.
