Line Must Report is used to override the filtering of Line reporting by voltage level as defined by the Transmission Report Voltage Threshold setting. It can take these values:

False (value = 0): The Line is reported if its voltage meets the threshold setting by Transmission settings for the executing Model.
True (value = -1): The Line will be reported regardless of voltage level.
