Detail:

An example of where Message 73 can occur is as follows:

• Where you define one of the Generator initial condition properties: Initial Units Generating, Initial Hours Down, Initial Hours Up, but
• you do not define Initial Generation.

To define initial conditions you must include Initial Generation even if Initial Units Generating is zero.
