Description:	Transmission SCUC Enabled selected but no Contingency objects are defined.
Detail:

Message 9 occurs in the following circumstances:

• Transmission SCUC Enabled is selected
• There are no Contingency objects are defined in the database.

The SCUC algorithm only applies when contingencies are defined. These are defined with Contingency objects.

To avoid this message, either turn off the SCUC Enabled setting or define Contingency objects.
