Detail:

Performance MIP Start Solution provides the initial solution for the MIP solver. The available options are:

Never (= 0)

The solver will try to construct one automatically from the solution of the previous model.

Within Step (= 1)

The last MIP solution within the current simulation step will be loaded for MIP Start.

Within and Between Steps (= 2)

The last MIP solution within the current step or from the last step will be loaded for MIP Start.
