Power2X Constraints Regulation Regulation Raise Reserve Provision Coefficient defines a left-hand side coefficient on the facility's provision of regulation raise type reserve services.

With the coefficient represented by a_(i,j) the following term is added to the formulation:

... + a_(i,j) ×  ∑ ( i ∈ Type = "Regulation Raise" ) ( Power2X Reserves Provision_i ) ... {≤, ≥, =} b_j

where:

i indexes the Reserves provided by the Power2X

By default, this sum includes all Power2X Reserves of Type = "Regulation Raise". You can limit the set of Reserves included in this sum by adding Power2X Reserves memberships with no associated property definitions. This is a special case of using 'null' memberships to filter the terms included in another constraint property.
