Region Constraint Payments Compatibility controls the algorithm used to compute constraint payments.
- Cost-based Pool (value = 0)
An algorithm that mimics operation of a cost-based pool (similar to the Korean CBP).
- Ireland SEM (value = 1)
An algorithm similar to the Irish SEM.
Constraint payments apply to the uniform pricing algorithm only.
