Reliabilities EFC Risk Metric defines the Risk Metric for Equivalent Firm Capacity (EFC) evaluation. The property has can take on the following values:

• "LOLE Hours" (Value = 0) - Average number of hours with Loss of Load Events in the region across all samples is used as the metric for EFC evaluation.
• "EENS" (Value = 1) - Average total unserved energy in the region across all samples is used as the metric for EFC evaluation.
