Detail:

Report Datetime Convention controls the way datetime values are written into solution files including text solution files and databases. This setting can take the following values:

Beginning of Period (value=0): The datetime value refers to the period beginning with the given date and time combination.
End of Period (value=1): The datetime value refers to the period ending at the given date and time combination.

For example the interval "1/07/2010 4:00" to "1/07/2010 4:30" could be written "1/07/2010 4:00" (beginning of interval) or "1/07/2010 4:30" (end of interval).
