Reserve Provision is the total amount of the reserve being provided, and is defined as:

∑ ( Generators Provision ) + ∑ ( Purchasers Provision ) + ∑ ( Battery Provision )

i.e. this is the sum of generator, interruptible load, and battery reserve provision.

Note: The Provision for Inertia Type reserves has units of MW-s.
