Description:	Scope of preschedule outage pattern generator.
Detail:

Stochastic Outage Scope switches automatically generated random (forced) outages and distributed maintenance on/off. It can take the following values:

All (value = 0)

All randomly generated outages are included.

Forced Only (value = 1)

Forced outages are included, distributed maintenance excluded.

Maintenance Only (value = 2)

Maintenance outages are included, forced outages excluded.

Planned Only (value = 3)

Only planned outages are included.

Note:

• The algorithm used to produce these outages is controlled by the Monte Carlo Method option.
• Discrete Maintenance is always included in the simulation. If you want to turn off discrete maintenance, scenario the Units Out data out of the Model.
