Description:	If the Node [Phase Angle] values are subject to bounds in absolute value.
Detail:

Transmission Bound Node Phase Angles controls the enforcing of bounds on Node Phase Angle. It can takes these values:

Yes (value = -1)

Node phase angles are bounded in the range defined by Max Absolute Phase Angle.

No (value = 0)

Node phase angles are unbounded.
