Description:	Frequency of temporal sampling of period type [Sampling Period Type] where zero means no sampling.
Detail:

Variable Sampling Frequency works with Sampling Period Type to sample across a number of user-defined bands of Profile data with the sampling occurring in time as well as across the sample bands.

Example

If Sampling Frequency = 1 and Sampling Period Type = 2 (week) then samples are taken each week at random from the bands of the defined Profile.
