Vehicle Commodities Ratio is the proportion of Vehicle energy demand provided by the Commodity. For example, if the Commodity is "petrol" and a hybrid electric vehicle gets 75% of its energy from petrol set this number of 0.75.  To model a vehicle that is powered entirely by the Commodity set the value to 1.0.
