Zone Generation Capacity Curtailed is the amount of No Cost Generation Capacity curtailed and is defined as:
Generation Capacity Curtailed = ∑ ( i ∈ Generators ) ( Generation Participation Factori × Capacity Curtailedi )This output is useful for measuring the amount of renewables and other zero-cost generation that are curtailed (turned down) in order to avoid dumping generation.
