Zone Emissions Cost is the cost incurred by Generators in the Zone from production of the Emission. It is calculated as:

Cost = ∑ ( i ∈ Generators ) ( Generation Participation Factor_i × Cost_(i,j) )

where:
j indexes the Emission.
