Description:	Method of calculating contract quantities for settlement

Competition Contracts Settlement Method controls the quantity used to compute financial contract settlements. It applies only to the Gross Pool setting of Region Pool Type. The settlement method can take the following values:

Fixed (value = 0)

The settlement quantity is set by the Quantity property.

Pro-rata (value = 1)

The settlement quantity is equal to the Quantity multiplied by the ratio of company generation to the total regional generation.
