Constraint Formulate Upfront controls when the constraint is added to the mathematical programming problem. This setting applies only to Constraints that involve transmission elements such as Lines, Transformers, and Interfaces.
In general it is more efficient to add constraints only as needed but in some cases performance maybe improved by adding the constraints upfront, avoiding additional iterations.
