Validation Rule:	False (0) or True (-1)
Description:	Clear (delete) existing diagnostic files from the solution folder.

Diagnostic Clear Existing can take these values:

Yes (value = -1)

Existing diagnostic files in the output directory for the currently executing Model are deleted at the start of the simulation.

No (value = 0)

Existing diagnostic files are not deleted.
