A Facility Rough Running Range is a range of production or consumption levels that must be avoided. Rough Running Point marks the start of a rough running range and Rough Running Range is the length of the range, both properties are in units of either production or consumption depending on the Facility Capacity Basis.
You can model more than one rough running range using multiple bands as in the following example where the feasible output levels for the facility are:
