Firm Capacity Group Tranche Points specifies the end points for the tranches used in the piece-wise linear approximation. They represent the MW amount of capacity that could exist after the expansion. At least three points must be specified to be used, including both the minimum and maximum possible values. Otherwise the points used will be evenly spaced between 0 and the maximum MW that the group could have after expansion based on the number of Max Tranches.
