Gas Storage Withdrawal Charge is the incremental cost of Withdrawal out of the storage. Input with a single band applies to any volume of storage. Multi-banded inputs work in conjuction with the Injection Withdrawal Charge Level input bands. This cost is reported as the Withdrawal Cost property.
