Global Sample Rescaling Range controls the period range the sample chronology rescaling process is based on when Global Sampled Year is used. The setting can take the following values:
- All Periods (value = 0)

Sample rescaling applies to the entire horizon. This means the peak load and total energy after rescaling match the inputs of the group represented by the sample.
- Sampled Years (value = 1)

Sample rescaling is restricted to the years defined in the Sampled Year list. This means the peak load and annual energy after rescaling match the inputs of selected years.
