Description:	Method used to account for end of horizon effects

LT Plan End Effects Methods controls how time after the end of the planning horizon is considered in the objective function of LT Plan. This setting can take the following values:

None (value = 0)

The optimization does not consider the effect of time after the end of the planning horizon.

Perpetuity (value = 1)

It is assumed that the last year repeats an infinite number of times (requires that Discount Rate is set to a non-zero value).
