Description:	Solver ran out of memory during optimize, repair or load of task <value>.

Message 3255 occurs when a Task runs out of memory. The default behaviour is a warning as PLEXOS can sometimes provide a meaningful output despite a subset of tasks experiencing out of memory (OOM). Examples of potentially acceptable OOM conditions include:

• An integer feasible solution may have been found by the time a task experiences OOM. The best integer feasible solution found will be used for result calculation. The results may still be of good quality (i.e. only marginally above the MIP Max Relative Gap).
• A small number of tasks from particular samples may experience OOM but the overwhelming majority of samples may terminate successfully. The successful samples and corresponding results are sufficient to 'address the problem'.

Under some circumstances (for example Virtual Machine sizing), users may want to terminate PLEXOS as soon as any Task experiences an OOM condition. Changing the Action for this message from Warning to Error will result in whole-of-engine termination once any task OOMs.
