Maintenance Duration is the number of hours required for the maintenance. It is the key property for the class meaning that you must define this property for the object to be included in the simulation.
Example
In the following example the Maintenance "MINOR" is always in the simulation whereas the "MAJOR" event is only included if the running Model includes the Scenario "Include MAJOR".
