Production Capacity Factor Constraint Basis controls the formula for calculating Generator Capacity Factors. It can take the following values:

Installed Capacity (value = 0)

Capacity factor is based on the amount of Generation relative to Installed Capacity.

Rated Capacity (value = 1)

Capacity factor is based on the amount of Generation relative to Rated Capacity.
