Region Firm Capacity Groups are the set of Firm Capacity Groups which are used to model a multi-dimensional firm capacity curve in LT Plan for purposes of meeting reserve margin targets. Their combined capacity together is used to determine a total firm capacity from the set of groups as a whole. They are only used for LT Plan, and the total firm capacity from the set of groups is reported in the output Region Firm Capacity Group Value.
