Report Whole Years Only causes partial years of the planning horizon to be dropped from reporting, with the exception of a partial first year. This option is useful when the planning horizon is set to a number of weeks, but the solution required is for exact years.
If the Horizon Year Ending property is set to "Automatic," then the output period types may not accurately reflect the whole years only.
