Transmission Zero Limit Treatment setting controls how AC Lines and AC Transformers with zero limits are to be treated in the simulation. The attribute takes the following values
"Treat as Out of Service" (Value = 0)
AC elements with zero limits are out of service for the simulation.
"Treat as unlimited" (Value = 1)
AC elements are considered to be unlimited elements and will not be monitored.
