The Conditions table allows the user to specify hourly conditions within a week. These hourly conditions are often referred to as on-peak and off-peak periods. A condition can be specified for any hourly time period for which reporting is desired. The hourly time periods are specified in the Time Series Weekly table by placing a 1 or 0 (Zero) in the hour.
